Misumeena & Sasha
Sasha is the leader and Misumeena is the choreographer of 'Mortifera', a Gothic Fusion
Belly Dance troupe based in DC.
Both have been dancing in the troupe now for three years. They are thrilled to be part of Belly Horror weekend.
This will be Sasha's first time performing
at Tribal Cafe' and Misumeena's fourth time!

Shadhavar
Belly Dance is a collaborative effort between
two dancers from two different cities and backgrounds.
The Tennessee duet is proud to present their unique take on tribal fusion that is a blend of Claire's modern and hip hop dance influences and Megan's background in drumming and gymnastics.
Together, their style is mischievous but bright, with just a touch of Southern Gothic.

Frank Farinaro
Frank Farinaro is Colorado's premiere male bellydancer. Being a life-long dancer, he has & currently studies & trains in numerous ethnic & contemporary dance styles for over the past decade & a half.
Currently he performs & teaches classes & workshops across the US. Frank recently won Yaa Halla Y'all's 2009 People's Choice Award Tribal/Alternative Star in Dallas, TX. Since 2005 Frank has performed & taught in events over 18 cities across 6 states.
Frank hopes to continue dancing well into his later years as he continues to develop his signature Hammerhead Sharqi Dance Technique, a style of dance & dance instruction that focuses on artistic dance fusion, athletic body conditioning, & new-age meditative practices.
