Elizabeth’s credo is built upon the belief that hard work is worth it, inspiration and guidance always come through, and that finding the joy of the dance is the most important part. It is a joy to learn, grow, and create in dance, and a blessing to share that experience with others.

Special class for Halloween! Some fun, spooky moves for your bag
of belly tricksand treats! Use these combinations in your improvisational
dance or in your choreographies. First we will sink down to the floor into some slithery gooey combos that will drip from your grip. Then we will scare up some shaking, shivering shimmy combos to bring the spirits to the surface.

Bring your kneepads for some floorwork (some non-floor options will be provided).
